SET UP A CONSULTATION

Anytime I receive an inquiry for my services, I like to start with a free, 20-minute tele-health consultation. This allows you to ask any questions you might have, learn about how I will tailor interventions to meet your needs, and generally see if we would be a good fit to work together.

To set up a consultation, reach out to me via email, text, or phone with the following information:

  • Your name

  • Your availability (days and times that work best for you)

  • The fact that you'd like to set up a consultation

  • Ask any questions you might have prior to meeting

  • To protect your confidentiality, please do not share any further personal information or the reason you are seeking treatment at this time; if you have any questions about the types of symptoms or conditions I treat, please ask in a general way.

How to reach me:

If you do not hear from me within 1 business day (I do not respond to inquiries on the weekend), please follow up with me using a different contact method, i.e. text, email, or phone.

AVAILABILITY

I currently have no regular spots available in my schedule

  • I may be available to meet weekly but alternating days/times.

  • I can also provide you with referrals for other therapists who work similarly to me.

If these times do not work for you, please reach out to inquire. I am scheduling all sessions to start Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00 PM.

RATES

My practice is strictly private pay, meaning I do not contract or work directly with insurance companies, Medicare, or Medicaid. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a receipt so that you can seek reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company ahead of time to verify any out-of-network benefits you might receive. I am able to accept FSA and HSA cards in addition to any major credit card for payment.

$160 per 55-minute session or $240 per 80-minute session (for those wanting more time with EMDR)

By law, if you are a Medicaid patient, you must seek a Medicaid provider for treatment; non-Medicaid providers cannot accept payment for services regardless of your ability or willingness to pay.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

Under the Federal No Surprises Act (H.R. 133, effective January 1, 2022), you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" (GFE) explaining how much your medical care will cost. You can request a GFE of any health care provider with whom you are not planning on using insurance of any kind (including out-of-network coverage).

A GFE is for your information only. It does not require you to make any type of commitment to receive care for any length or frequency of sessions. Click here for more information.
