Rates and Payment

​

My practice is private pay, which means I do not contract directly with insurance companies, Medicare, or Medicaid.

​

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly statement (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurer in advance to verify your out-of-network coverage.

​

I accept HSA and FSA cards, as well as all major credit cards.

​

Fee: $175 per 55-minute session

Medicaid Notice

​

If you are enrolled in Medicaid, federal law requires that you seek treatment from a Medicaid provider. Providers who do not participate in Medicaid are prohibited from accepting private payment from Medicaid beneficiaries for covered mental health services.

Good Faith Estimate

​

Under the Federal No Surprises Act, effective January 1, 2022, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) explaining the expected cost of your care when you are not using insurance.

A Good Faith Estimate is provided for informational purposes only and does not obligate you to begin treatment or commit to any particular frequency or duration of therapy.
